Payouts and the Banking page

How card money reaches your bank with Rowie and Stripe - available and pending balance, standard and instant payouts, payout history and fixing bank issues.

Card payments go into your own Stripe account, not to Rowie. Stripe then pays them out to your bank. Rowie never holds your money. The Banking page in the portal (Finance → Banking, owners and admins) shows where everything stands.

Your balance

  • Available: money you can pay out now.
  • Pending: recent card payments Stripe is still settling. They move to Available after a few days, depending on your country.

Stripe pays your available balance to your bank automatically on its standard schedule, so you don't have to do anything to get paid.

Cash out early

  1. On Banking, click Cash Out Now.
  2. Enter an amount (or use Max) and choose a method:
    • Standard: free, arrives in 1 to 2 business days.
    • Instant: arrives in about 30 minutes for a 1% fee. Instant payouts can include today's card sales before they settle, up to a limit per payout.
  3. Check You'll Receive and confirm.

Payout history

Payout History lists every payout with its status (Paid, Transit, Pending, Failed or Canceled), arrival date, method and the last four digits of the bank account. Pro plans can download it with Export CSV.

Account details and changes

The Account Details card shows your business, country and payout account. Only the owner can change them: Edit reopens Stripe's secure form, where you can change the bank account or update business details. Admins see this card read-only.
