About Rowie
Rowie is a point-of-sale app for restaurants, cafés and bars. It runs on an iPhone or Android phone, so you can take card payments, run tables and tabs, sell tickets and take bookings without buying a till or a card reader.
Why Rowie
Card terminals usually come with hardware to buy or rent and a contract to sign. Rowie doesn't. You download the app, set up your menu and start taking payments. There's a free plan, and Pro is paid month to month, so you can upgrade or cancel whenever it suits you.
What it does
Take contactless payments with Tap to Pay, open bar tabs, run your floor plan and let guests order from a QR code at the table. Take pre-orders and bookings, sell event tickets and send invoices. Everything also shows up in the web portal, where you manage menus, staff and payouts and see your sales.
Your money
Card payments are processed by Stripe and paid into your own Stripe account, then out to your bank. Rowie doesn't hold your funds.
