Your Data Rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask for a copy of the personal data Rowie holds about your email address, or ask us to erase it. You do not need an account — this works for customers of businesses that use Rowie too. We will email you a confirmation link before doing anything.
Erasure requests cannot remove records we must keep by law — for example, transaction records are retained for at least 7 years for tax and anti-fraud purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
